Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related work experience, ability to communicate clearly and professionally, capability to handle multiple administrative tasks, adherence to company policies and procedures, ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to move and lift items up to 10 pounds without assistance, willingness to perform reasonable duties as assigned

  • high school diploma or equivalent such as ged, at least one year of related work experience, strong communication skills, ability to perform administrative tasks accurately, customer service orientation, proficiency with office software and sales-related applications, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • perform general office duties to support sales and marketing, prepare sales-related documents such as proposals contracts and banquet event orders, promote brand awareness internally and externally, assemble information packages including brochures and promotional materials, utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and maintain guest loyalty, enter reconcile and verify sales-related information using software, respond to guest inquiries about facilities services and events, serve as a client contact via phone and email, adhere to company policies procedures and appearance standards, greet guests according to company standards and anticipate their needs, communicate clearly professionally and prepare review documents accurately, cultivate positive work relationships and support team goals, follow quality assurance standards, move lift transport push drag and place items up to 10 pounds without assistance, execute other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors
