Job Requirements
- Live in the Orlando, FL area
- available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
- possess the ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously
- proficiency in reading, writing, and comprehension
- may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

- ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
- ability to handle outbound and potential inbound calls professionally
- excellent reading, writing, and comprehension skills
Job Duties
- Communicates via telephone calls with customers and potential owners to reserve dates for preview package sales or tours
- verify that individuals meet eligibility requirements for preview package sales or tours
- encourages guests or callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales or tours
- check the availability of accommodations and dates, including finding alternative dates or options if the first choice is not available
- interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- contribute to team goals
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information
