Job Duties

  • Execute all fry station items to Vacanza Romana’s standards for quality, timing, and presentation
  • Monitor oil quality, temperature, and cleanliness throughout service
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station before, during, and after service
  • Assist with prep tasks related to fry items and support other stations when needed
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Communicate effectively with chefs and expo to ensure smooth service flow
