Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year prior experience in food preparation and serving
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Availability to work full time including weekdays and rotating weekends
- Ability to maintain sanitary and safe food handling practices
- Capacity to perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service

Job Duties
- Assist in the preparation of daily meals following menu instructions
- Prepare food for serving and arrange serving trays
- Replenish serving lines during meal courses
- Review production schedule to determine food requirements
- Assemble supplies and equipment needed for cooking activities
- Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas, equipment, and tools
- Properly store food and leftovers according to safety guidelines
- Participate in preparation and serving for special catered events
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times
