Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year prior experience in food preparation and serving
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
  • Availability to work full time including weekdays and rotating weekends
  • Ability to maintain sanitary and safe food handling practices
  • Capacity to perform physical tasks related to food preparation and service

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of daily meals following menu instructions
  • Prepare food for serving and arrange serving trays
  • Replenish serving lines during meal courses
  • Review production schedule to determine food requirements
  • Assemble supplies and equipment needed for cooking activities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas, equipment, and tools
  • Properly store food and leftovers according to safety guidelines
  • Participate in preparation and serving for special catered events
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times
