Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environments preferred
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask under pressure
  • Positive, energetic, and team-oriented mindset
  • Passion for hospitality
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Current Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service welcome guests with genuine warmth, share menu highlights, and anticipate needs to elevate every experience
  • Deliver food to tables promptly and knowledgeably, assisting servers in describing dishes when needed
  • Maintain table readiness by clearing, resetting, and refreshing as part of a coordinated team service approach
  • Support servers and bartenders by restocking service stations, glassware, and silverware
  • Communicate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of dishes and smooth service flow
  • Assist with guest needs, including water service, extra place settings, and other requests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across the dining room and service areas
  • Adapt quickly during high-volume shifts, supporting wherever needed
