Job Duties

  • Oversee all utility, dishwashing, and stewarding operations to support culinary and concessions departments during NFL games, concerts, and major events
  • Supervise and coordinate a team of dishwashers and utility workers, ensuring all staff follow Aramark policies, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
  • Assign daily responsibilities, monitor task completion, and adjust workloads to maintain efficient back-of-house operations
  • Ensure all kitchen, concession, and premium service areas are fully stocked with clean smallwares, utensils, pots, pans, and service equipment
  • Maintain all dish machines, pot-washing stations, and sanitation equipment
  • report and track maintenance needs to Culinary Leadership and Facilities teams
  • Oversee trash removal, recycling, and compost processes to ensure compliance with building sustainability standards and local regulations
  • Monitor team performance, attendance, and adherence to safety protocols
  • reinforce training and corrective coaching as needed
