- ability to operate dish washing machines
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties
- operate dish washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes silverware glasses utensils and cooking equipment
- maintain clean sanitary clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping mopping and pressure washing floors cleaning and sanitizing dish machine
- set up and maintain dish and pot washing areas
- clean production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor
- maintain or exceed standards of appearance cleanliness hygiene and health standards
- follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
- attend all in-services as required
- record and maintain documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance
- assist in receiving of food and non-food supplies
- assist with food prep tasks as directed by the chef
- perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
