Job Requirements
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is an asset
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic food handling knowledge
Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwasher or by hand
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Receive product from vendors and organize stock
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Clean and rotate the walk-in cooler
- Assist with food prep
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef Manager
