Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- basic communication skills
- legal authorization to work in the United States

- physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy items
Job Duties
- create a positive guest experience by cleaning and maintaining hygienic work areas
- remove refuse to designated areas
- maintain the cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment including floors, ceiling tiles, walls, windows, worktables, hoods, vents, grills, refrigerators, service counters, storage areas, etc.
- clear and reset tables in dining areas between seatings and transport service-ware to the kitchen for cleaning
- scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash by hand or load dishwasher and return to proper storage
- clean equipment using specific chemicals to meet sanitary standards including use of heavy equipment
- assist guests with specific requests and communicate special needs to server or supervisor
- load and unload supply trucks transferring between storage and work areas
- stock, date, rotate, and check temperature of food items
- perform other duties as assigned
