Job Requirements

High attention to detail and neatness of cartons
demonstrated flexibility and positive teamwork
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
able to stand for 8 hours
ability to handle multiple tasks
ability to work overtime
availability to work weekends when needed
must follow directions well
good attendance required
ability to operate box baler

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in warehouse or logistics preferred
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
strong attention to detail
good communication skills
ability to work as part of a team
basic understanding of safety protocols

Job Duties

Operate the box baler to compress used cartons
sort reusable cartons
manage and separate workflow coming to and from different departments including HiBay
assist with cleanup as needed
maintain a safe and clean work environment
follow directions carefully
ensure neatness and organization of cartons
