Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand and walk for 100 percent of the workday
- ability to lift 35 lbs and carry up to 50 lbs independently
- ability to push and pull bus carts and tray carts weighing up to 100 lbs independently
- ability to bend, stoop, reach and balance frequently throughout the work day
- ability to perform sweeping and mopping functions with ease
- ability to work indoors in environments with variance of hot and cold temperatures
- ability to safely handle industrial cleaning chemicals and hot water temperatures
Job Qualifications
- ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- ability to set up and operate dish washing equipment
- wears appropriate black non-slip footwear
Job Duties
- perform dish and pot washing under supervisory direction
- set up dish and pot washing area
- prepare for dish washing and wash pots, dishes and utensils
- distribute and store clean pots, dishes and utensils
- clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen
- empty trash containers as required
