Job Requirements

  • Pass security clearance as per company policy
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • maintain relevant food safety certifications
  • ability to push or pull up to 60 pounds
  • ability to stand, bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods

  • ability to speak and read English

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities preferred but not mandatory
  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • maintain state-required food safety certifications
  • ability to stand for eight hours
  • ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
  • ability to communicate professionally in English
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent guest service in a courteous and professional manner
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and supplies
  • set up workstation including dish machine and chemical levels
  • operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as hoods, filters, and ovens
  • clean and sanitize dishware, utensils, and kitchen surfaces
  • report or correct hazardous conditions immediately
  • assist with meeting room setup and houseman duties as assigned
