Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of janitorial experience or relevant combination of education and experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, or climbing
- Ability to frequently lift objects weighing between 5 and 50 pounds
- Capability to use hands and fingers for cleaning and operating tools and supplies
- Willingness to maintain a professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work any shift as needed
Job Qualifications

- One year of experience in janitorial or maintenance duties
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and crouching
- Good communication skills and professionalism when representing the company
- Ability to learn and adapt to changing work requirements
Job Duties
- Perform janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash
- Sanitize Lextran equipment and facilities thoroughly
- Move filing cabinets, furniture, and other heavy items as required
- Detail buses and clean service island fleet areas to maintain appearance
- Follow all company policies and stay updated on procedural changes
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as assigned
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Director of Maintenance, Facilities Maintenance Manager, or Maintenance Supervisors
