Job Requirements
- must understand oral and/or written instructions
- must interact appropriately with customers, government personnel, and staff members
- must meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on specified contract(s)
- must pass background screenings
- physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
- ability to travel to different job sites
- must be able to comply with emergency operations work assignments
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
- ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals is a plus
