- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced operation with diverse staff
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift moderately heavy objects up to 50 pounds on an ongoing basis

Job Duties
- Performs tasks associated with dishwashing and pot washing equipment including washing, handling, storing and transporting dishes, glassware, silver, utensils, pots and pans
- Disposes of trash, recyclables and compost from trays, dishes, pots, pans, work areas and dining rooms
- Cleans carts, crescors, and kitchen equipment such as ovens, broilers, deep fat fryers
- Handles all items focusing on sanitation and safety
- Sweeps and mops floors
- Performs other related duties as assigned
