Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and perform simple arithmetic
- A minimum of one year experience as a prep cook with dishwasher responsibilities in a hotel, restaurant, club, or similar institution
- Ability to plan and organize work, to interpret instructions, recipes, specifications, and standards
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance
- Food Handlers certification
- Basic understanding of English

Job Duties
- Maintains assigned workstation in a safe and sanitary condition
- Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code
- Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned
- Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
- Washes pots, pans, and dishes promptly and thoroughly
- Cleans kitchen and dining areas including floors and surfaces
- Stores food and non-food supplies properly according to safety standards
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as required
