Job Requirements

- Prior experience in dishwashing or sanitation preferred
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety guidelines
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred
- Basic understanding of sanitation and food safety standards
- Ability to follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting, standing, and moving for extended periods
- Reliability and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Perform dishwashing functions including setup and breakdown of dish machine following sanitation standards
- Sanitize kitchen equipment routinely as per cycle or management direction
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors to maintain high sanitary conditions
- Dispose of waste properly and clean trash receptacles inside and out
- Complete assigned job tasks using appropriate sanitation standards and comply with OBRA and Gold Check Standard
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules as designated by management
- Adhere to safety regulations and safe food handling practices
- Identify safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate appropriate actions immediately
