Job Requirements

  • Clean shaven face for safety reasons
  • successfully meet pre-employment background screen
  • valid driver’s license and motor vehicle driving record check
  • available to work weekdays and some Saturdays
  • strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • basic math skills to follow product instructions
  • compliance with federal, state, and local licensing requirements
  • preference for customer-facing experience

Job Qualifications

  • ability to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed

Job Duties

  • Conduct inspections to identify pest activity
  • perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients
  • install and maintain termite control systems
  • efficiently install Thermal Acoustical Pest Control (TAP) insulation
  • assist with light construction projects and minor repairs related to pest damage
  • communicate effectively with customers to explain services
  • perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, build exclusion traps
  • stay updated on industry trends and participate in training
  • work around animals, insects, and termites
  • operate in confined spaces
  • document services provided
  • wear personal protective equipment and follow safety protocols
  • safely operate company vehicles and maintain equipment
