Job Requirements
- Clean shaven face for safety reasons
- successfully meet pre-employment background screen
- valid driver’s license and motor vehicle driving record check
- available to work weekdays and some Saturdays
- strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- basic math skills to follow product instructions
- compliance with federal, state, and local licensing requirements
- preference for customer-facing experience

Job Duties
- Conduct inspections to identify pest activity
- perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients
- install and maintain termite control systems
- efficiently install Thermal Acoustical Pest Control (TAP) insulation
- assist with light construction projects and minor repairs related to pest damage
- communicate effectively with customers to explain services
- perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, build exclusion traps
- stay updated on industry trends and participate in training
- work around animals, insects, and termites
- operate in confined spaces
- document services provided
- wear personal protective equipment and follow safety protocols
- safely operate company vehicles and maintain equipment
