Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.) preferred
- Six months previous dishwashing experience preferred
- Knowledge of dishwashing techniques preferred
- Basic math skills required
- Strong verbal communication skills required
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend various written reports and documents
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Commitment to following safety and sanitation standards
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday, 1:30 pm to 10 pm

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils by organizing and cleaning
- Follow proper food handling procedures and comply with quality standards
- Operate food service equipment following manufacturer and department procedures
- Ensure a safe, clean, and sanitary environment
- Assist in maintaining kitchen sanitation and support food service operations
