Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.) preferred
- Six months previous dishwasher experience preferred
- Knowledge of dishwashing techniques preferred
- Basic math skills required
- Strong verbal communication skills required
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend various written reports and documents
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force
- Physical ability to carry, lift, push, pull, stand, walk, stoop, bend, and perform repetitive motions
- Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday from 1:30 pm to 10 pm
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and/or pans using dishwasher or by hand
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas following departmental policies and procedures
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils by organizing and cleaning dish and pot areas
- Follow proper food handling procedures and comply with quality performance standards
- Operate food service equipment following manufacturer and department procedures
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Support a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment
