Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- full service restaurant dishwashing experience preferred
- weekend availability required
- must adhere to AHC attendance standards and guidelines
- able to follow safety standards and proper handling of hazardous substances
- ability to work varying hours
- must maintain professional appearance and groomed
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
- willingness to assist culinary, restaurant and banquet staff as needed
Job Qualifications

- full service restaurant dishwashing experience preferred
- ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor even during periods of crisis or uncertainty

Job Duties
- daily sanitation and cleaning of all food and beverage areas within the AHC including but not limited to the JW Marriott, Amway Grand and the Courtyard by Marriott
- follow and maintain health department standards, as well as assist in maintaining JW Marriott brand standards and QA standards
- follows JW service notes, service harmonies and core values
- follow AHC handbook policies and standard operating procedures
- always looking for ways to assist guests and going above and beyond to provide guest service
- must have a strong sense of organization and unwavering standards for quality and cleanliness
- complete daily cleaning duties and side cleaning tasks, takes pride in their work
