- high school diploma or equivalent
- physical ability to perform manual tasks including lifting and moving moderate weight

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of all hotel china, silverware, and cookware
- handle washing and sanitizing of kitchen and dining items
- ensure the dishwashing area is clean and organized
- operate dishwashing machines and related equipment safely
- assist with receiving and stocking kitchen deliveries
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- comply with health and safety regulations
