Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- high school diploma or education equivalent required
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to understand MSDS paperwork
- food handler certification
- ServSafe certification
- gaming license

Job Duties
- Performs cleaning duties under the supervision of the Executive Steward
- performs all duties in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures
- cleans upper and lower stove areas such as grills, drawers, reach ins, walk ins, salamanders, hoods, ovens, stove tops, ceilings, and deep fryers
- drains, filters, and replaces cooking oils
- cleans hood filters and hoods
- works as a pot washer or kitchen worker as needed
- consistently inspects stoves for dirt
- consistently inspects for needed repairs such as loose screws and reports them to the immediate supervisor
- safely works with chemicals and wears appropriate protection
- perform other duties as assigned
