Job Requirements
- Clean shaven face for safety reasons
- high school diploma or GED
- related experience and/or training
- valid driver’s license from state of residence
- available to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed
- solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- basic math skills to follow product label instructions
- licenses/certificates as required by regulations
- customer-facing experience preferred

Job Duties
- Conduct inspections to identify pest activity
- perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients
- install and maintain termite control systems
- install Thermal Acoustical Pest (TAP) insulation efficiently
- assist with minor construction and repair related to pest damage
- communicate effectively with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction
- perform exclusion services and wildlife removal including building exclusion traps
- adhere to safety protocols and company policies
- stay updated on industry trends and participate in ongoing training
