Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a stocking, delivery, porter or dishwashing position
- Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to verbally communicate with customers and coworkers
- Must possess the ability to work safely and ensure all proper safety protocols are enforced
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and kneel for duration of shift

Job Duties
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas according to pull list
- Rotate various items for freshness including beer kegs, grab and go items, merchandise
- Keep kitchen area clean including sweeping, mopping, washing tables, walls, refrigerators and kitchen equipment
- Remove garbage to designated areas
- Wash dishes, cutlery and other restaurant equipment ensuring readiness for customer use
- Organize backroom area ensuring plate ware, cutlery, to-go boxes are easily accessible
- Maintain a clean work environment including countertops, floors and kitchen equipment
- Unload and unpack deliveries focusing on product rotation to ensure freshness
- Empty trash and other debris
- Perform minor kitchen prep, rotation of grab and go products
- Organize offsite storage such as extra glassware and beer kegs
- Ensure proper knife safety following airport rules
- Perform other duties as assigned
