Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- no prior experience necessary, on the job training will be provided
- ability to walk for extended periods up to 7 hours and 30 minutes at a time
- capacity to sit for up to 1 hour at a time and stand for 1.5 hours for 30 minutes at a time
- physical capability to handle, twist, turn, lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds
- ability to stoop, bend, climb, and reach above shoulder level occasionally
- must have normal hearing, general vision, far vision, and peripheral vision
- commitment to follow all safety guidelines and good personal hygiene

Job Duties
- Stocking in order to be ready for breakfast operation
- perform general sanitation including wiping walls, sweeping under shelves, and cleaning equipment
- set up pot-washing area, wash and store pan ware and utensils as necessary
- receive stock and properly store it, checking with supervisor for items needed to be pulled
- maintain continuous sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen, especially dish room and pot washing areas, including removing all trash and maintaining garbage cans
- clean up and restock at shift’s end, assist dish room
- sweep, mop, and clean areas as directed throughout the shift
- practice good personal hygiene, grooming standards and follow uniform policy at all times
- perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
