Job Duties
- Serve casino or internal guests in a pleasant and efficient manner while maintaining excellent service
- stock and maintain inventory and supplies based on par level
- assist beverage, buffet servers, and EDR cooks as needed and directed by management
- prepare beverage and or food orders and preparation as requested
- carry dirty dishes and glasses from the EDR, buffet dining room, casino floor to the back of house
- stock daily supplies, silverware, and glassware and carefully and properly stack dishes
- bus buffet, EDR tables and the casino floor as needed according to sequence of service procedures
- assist buffet servers, EDR cooks, beverage servers when necessary
- responsible for keeping the buffet, casino floor, EDR and bussing areas clean
- respond to any guest requests immediately
- maintain a clean and sanitary work area at all times
- maintain an organized work area for convenient guest interaction and safety
- maintain knowledge and answer guest questions regarding all food venues, beverage service, and casino related information
- perform other duties as assigned
