Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Previous experience in floor maintenance including operation of commercial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers buffers and carpet extractors preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests Team Members and Management in written and verbal form by telephone and radio
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License
- Normal corrective vision with ability to see color distinguish letters numbers and symbols
- Ability to lift maneuver and move items up to 100 lbs
- Ability to use and carry job related equipment
- Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
- Ability to crouch kneel push turn reach carry and pull
- Ability to stand and walk for duration of shift
- Ability to work in dimly lit noisy and smoky environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred

Job Duties
- Practice support and promote Thunder Valley Casino Resort's Winning Attitude culture and AAA Four Diamond service standards
- Provide care of various surfaces using heavy-duty equipment including stripping waxing conditioning honing procedures high speed burnishing buffing carpet extraction
- Operate high lift street sweeper and blowers
- Ensure all equipment is used and maintained following proper procedures
- Clean assigned zones with a safety minded approach and courteous demeanor towards Guests and Team Members
- Maintain Hazard Communication Standard for the area
- Adhere to OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and use proper personal protective equipment
