Job Requirements
- Ability to move furniture balancing stooping kneeling crouching reaching pushing pulling lifting grasping talking hearing repetitive motions
- ability to lift carry push pull or move objects up to 75 pounds occasionally
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends holidays and shifts greater than eight hours
- ability to effectively communicate in English both verbal and written form
- ability to operate cleaning and maintenance machinery safely
- prior experience in hospitality or service industry preferred
- physical stamina for extended periods of standing and moving indoors and outdoors
- possess good hygiene and professional appearance
- ability to work well in team environments
- willingness to perform bio-hazard clean-up when required

Job Duties
- Clean restrooms, foyer space and furniture as assigned
- utilize specialty equipment complying with all safety and procedural guidelines
- polish, restore, seal, finish and maintain all flooring including marble and granite
- complete extraction and spotting of carpets
- complete high and low dusting of ceiling vents and wall decorations
- use various machines such as carpet extractors, scrubbers, burnishers, floor machines, lifts, wet/dry vacuums, spotting machines
- operate hand trucks and flatbed carts to move equipment to assigned work areas
- use proper techniques and equipment when moving heavy furniture to clean underneath
- properly use and dispose of chemicals during cleaning
- conduct bio-hazard clean-up
- perform other duties as assigned
