Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- no experience required and on the job training provided
- no high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- able to lift moderate weight and perform physical tasks
- reliable and punctual
- good attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- customer service experience
- one year of similar work experience
- able to perform cleaning tasks and minor maintenance
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety protocols
- basic knowledge of hand tools
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- restock restroom supplies such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper
- respond promptly to spills, messes, and other urgent cleaning requests
- perform outdoor tasks such as sweeping walkways and maintaining entry areas
- replace light bulbs, batteries, and perform minor repairs such as door handles and fixtures
- assist with furniture moves, event setups, and basic facility adjustments
- conduct routine inspections and report maintenance issues to management
- use basic hand tools for small repairs and upkeep
