Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in janitorial or custodial work is a plus
- ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, hallways, and other common areas
- sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas regularly
- empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
- restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap
- assist with furniture setup and breakdown for meetings or events
- perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or reporting repair needs
- maintain cleanliness of exterior areas including sidewalks, entrances, and parking lots
- respond to service requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
- operate cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers
- follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as required
