Job Duties
- Reading work orders and developing plans to execute them
- Replacing light bulbs and making repairs to light fixtures
- Maintaining landscaping, lawns, outbuildings, parking areas and fencing
- Making basic repairs to plumbing and structural problems
- Conducting routine maintenance on building systems, such as replacing filters in HVAC systems
- Servicing and cleaning tools and equipment used for maintenance
- Ordering, inventorying and organizing equipment and supplies needed for maintenance
- Updating and keeping records of all work orders completed
