Job Requirements
- 21 years of age or above
- ability to perform assigned job responsibilities satisfactorily
- obtain and maintain registration or license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission
- high school degree or equivalent preferred
- minimum 3 years of experience preferred
- outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills
- excellent attention to detail
- ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents
- conversational English required
- ability to write and present information
- physical ability to lift or maneuver at least 50 pounds
- regular standing, walking, sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- ability to work varying schedules to meet business needs
- reliable and punctual attendance
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure all Encore Boston Harbor core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied
- participate in short and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
- monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness and implement changes as needed
- maintain a safe and pristine work environment at all times
- report any maintenance deficiencies and handle guest requests or complaints
- monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
- use correct cleaning chemicals for designated surfaces according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements
