Job Requirements
- Previous work experience as a utility or dishwasher
- Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines
- Ability to follow instructions and assist with various tasks
- Strong time management skills
- Attention to detail and adherence to sanitation rules
- Availability to work in shifts
- High school diploma is a plus

Job Duties
- Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash specific items by hand such as cutting boards and large pots and pans
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately
- Assist with putting away deliveries and maintaining an organized back-of-house
- Set up workstations before meal prep begins
- Ensure a sufficient supply of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils especially during peak hours
- Monitor dishwashing machine operations and report any technical or performance issues promptly
- Regularly remove garbage and sanitize the kitchen area including the floor
