Job Duties

  • Assist in helping put any meal trays dishes pots and pans clean pots and pans from lunch and make sure machine is at a proper temperature and make sure 3 compartment sink is filled correctly
  • Maintain temperatures of sanitizer and dish machine log
  • Cleaning dishes from lunch and make sure you have clean sanitizer rinse for silverware
  • Ensure all pots pans and dishes are stored properly
  • Sanitize all speed racks after each service empty dump carts from hallway and dish room
  • Hose out dish room carts and garbage bins
  • Empty trash
  • Maintain a clean floor by sweeping and mopping
  • Start cleaning dishes and pots from meal period
  • Ensure all pots pans and dishes are stored properly
  • Sanitize speed racks after each service have dish room clear of all pots pans and dishes and ready for next shift
  • Performs all other duties assigned
