- ability to stand for long periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- reliable transportation

- experience in a similar dishwashing role preferred
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

- physical stamina to handle demanding kitchen tasks
Job Duties
- wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment effectively
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in dishroom areas
- assist kitchen staff as needed
- follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- ensure dishware and kitchen tools are organized and ready for use
- monitor dishwashing machines and troubleshoot minor issues
- support the culinary team by adhering to quality and safety standards
