Job Duties

  • work closely with kitchen and dining room teams to ensure guest tables are spotless
  • clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently
  • stock kitchen and serving areas with tools and dishes needed for service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • assist in minimizing downtime by promptly replenishing needed items
  • follow all safety and hygiene protocols
  • support team efforts to provide exceptional guest experiences
