Job Duties

  • Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas including dishwashing stations, storage areas, and trash disposal areas
  • ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
  • restock clean kitchenware and equipment in designated locations for efficient use by kitchen staff
  • monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, notifying management of replenishment needs
  • assist with basic kitchen duties such as food preparation or stocking supplies
  • perform regular deep cleaning of dishwashing equipment and kitchen surfaces
  • follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment
  • work closely with the culinary and service teams to support smooth kitchen operations
  • report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
