Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish washing machine and trash compactor
- Wash and disinfect kitchen, storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries, properly store perishables, and rotate stock
- Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in 3-compartment sink to clean dishes
- Inspect, pull, stack cleaned items, and send soiled items back for re-washing
- Empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster area
- Break down cardboard boxes and place recyclables in recycle bin
