Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior service or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to follow written instructions and schedules
Ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Compliance with state-specific regulations
Ability to work safely using personal protective equipment

Job Duties

Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE)
Assist with dishwashing and sanitation duties to maintain high standards of hygiene
Ensure timely removal and disposal of waste and recyclables to keep work areas clean
Collaborate with kitchen staff to help maintain smooth operations during meal service
Adhere to all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines in the workplace
