Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including dishwashing stations, storage areas, and trash disposal areas
- ensure proper disposal of garbage and recycling, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- restock clean kitchenware and equipment in designated locations for efficient use by kitchen staff
- monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, notifying management of replenishment needs
- assist with basic kitchen duties as needed, such as food preparation or stocking supplies
- perform regular deep cleaning of dishwashing equipment and kitchen surfaces
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment
- work closely with the culinary and service teams to support smooth kitchen operations
- report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly
