Job Requirements
- must take and pass all required training courses and assessments
- peel and cut vegetables, fruit, and meat for food preparation
- perform routine and repetitive tasks under direction
- understand and follow kitchen recipe and prep systems
- clean work area, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware efficiently
- maintain standards for food production, handling, cooking, housekeeping, sanitation, and safety
- assist in training new and existing team members
- clean food preparation and production areas as required
- must have or be willing to obtain Food Handlers Certification
- load, run, and unload dish machine
- keep dish machine clean and report malfunctions
- monitor dish machine water temperature and chemical levels
- wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
- keep dish room clean and organized
- bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster
- show schedule flexibility and fill in as needed
- maintain high level of personal cleanliness
- be a team player and assist fellow team members
- adhere to OSHA and HACCP standards
- 1-2 years experience in a similar position
- must be at least 18 years old

- strong teamwork skills

Job Duties
- assist in preparing food items according to Hawkers recipes
- maintain cleanliness of dishware, glassware, and silverware efficiently
- ensure cleanliness of the entire restaurant including restrooms and perimeters
- peel and cut vegetables, fruit, and meat for food preparation
- perform routine and repetitive tasks under leadership direction
- load, run, and unload dish machine and monitor wash cycles
- assist in training new and existing team members
