Job Duties
- operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashing machines and linen washers
- transport dishware and linens across the hotel
- prepare fresh clean linens and spotless dining ware for guests
- ensure adherence to safety policies and company procedures
- maintain cleanliness standards in kitchen, food and beverage, and laundry areas
- report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager
- perform physical tasks including lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
