Job Requirements
- Ability to perform basic janitorial and maintenance functions
- sufficient math skills for cashier duties if required
- ability to drive automatic transmission vehicles
- ability to pass drug test and background check
- must be at least 18 years old, 21 if at off-airport locations
- unrestricted authorization to work in the US
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- able to bend and walk ramps or stairs
- vision and hearing sufficient to perform duties
- valid driver’s license if driving or parking vehicles is part of duties
- ability to pass motor vehicle record check if required
- willingness to work designated schedules
- ability to sit for extended periods when driving shuttle bus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- prior experience in cleaning, general repair or maintenance
- prior customer service experience
- ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles as needed
- strong communication skills
- dependable with good time management

- ability to work in fast-paced environments

Job Duties
- Performs janitorial duties daily using proper equipment and safety precautions
- uses proper lifting techniques to move equipment and furniture
- cleans windows, vents, fixtures, and walkways
- pushes dumpsters to trash collection areas safely
- removes snow from walks and steps and applies sand or salt as needed during icy conditions
- monitors work areas and reports any accidents, hazards, or suspicious activities to management
- hand or power washes vehicles and drives and parks vehicles including shuttle buses as required
- performs cashier duties or fills in as customer service representative
- performs minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
- coordinates delivery of maintenance supplies
- identifies and tags broken ballasts for replacement
