- Ability to work well in fast-paced team environments

Job Duties
- Master the fry station ensuring all fried items are cooked to perfection with the right crispiness and flavor
- Prepare and cook a variety of ingredients on the fryer station according to Torchy's recipes and standards
- Monitor the quality and presentation of each dish ensuring every taco meets Damn Good standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation ensuring food safety and sanitation standards
- Work closely with other back-of-house team members to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Assist with stocking and organizing ingredients in the kitchen
- Operate with urgency during busy periods while maintaining food quality
- Clean and sanitize all items used for food preparation and service
- Maintain the three-compartment sink with proper chemical dilution
- Organize pots pans and products received on shift
- Maintain the walk-in organization
- Help with prep or line duties as requested
- Prioritize cleaning commonly used dishes to keep kitchen operations flowing
- Unload and put away orders and empty back of house trash promptly
