Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
  • Ability to perform dishwashing, bussing, food preparation, and related duties
  • Commitment to upholding core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen tasks safely and efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older to perform all duties
  • Eagerness to learn and grow as a professional in the food service industry
  • Experience working and collaborating in a team environment, ideally in a culinary setting
  • Knowledge of food preparation and/or dish washing is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers and the community
  • Passion for food and hospitality

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and their guests into the dining room buffet line for the evening meal, review menu options and take orders
  • Wash dishes, bus and set tables, prep food, and stock the salad bar
  • Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the kitchen
  • Connect with residents during each meal to provide excellent service
  • Live by core values of respect, kindness and compassion, honesty, and service excellence
