Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- able to perform all duties including washing dishes, bussing tables, prepping food, and stocking salad bar
- ability to work the scheduled hours of 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday
- willingness to uphold core company values of respect, kindness & compassion, honesty, and service excellence
- strong interpersonal skills to connect with residents and team members
- previous experience in food service or related field preferred but not required
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- eagerness to learn and grow as a professional in the food service industry
- experience working and collaborating in a team environment, ideally in a culinary setting
- knowledge of food preparation and/or dish washing is best but willing to train the right person
- ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers and the community
- a real passion for food and hospitality
Job Duties
- Greet residents and their guests into the dining room buffet line for the evening meal, review menu options and take orders
- wash dishes
- buss and set tables
- prep food
- stock the salad bar
- ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the kitchen
- connect with residents during each meal
- live by core values of respect, kindness & compassion, honesty, and service excellence
