Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • able to perform all duties including washing dishes, bussing tables, prepping food, and stocking salad bar
  • ability to work the scheduled hours of 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday
  • willingness to uphold core company values of respect, kindness & compassion, honesty, and service excellence
  • strong interpersonal skills to connect with residents and team members
  • previous experience in food service or related field preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • eagerness to learn and grow as a professional in the food service industry
  • experience working and collaborating in a team environment, ideally in a culinary setting
  • knowledge of food preparation and/or dish washing is best but willing to train the right person
  • ability to develop positive relationships with residents, peers and the community
  • a real passion for food and hospitality

Job Duties

  • Greet residents and their guests into the dining room buffet line for the evening meal, review menu options and take orders
  • wash dishes
  • buss and set tables
  • prep food
  • stock the salad bar
  • ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety within the kitchen
  • connect with residents during each meal
  • live by core values of respect, kindness & compassion, honesty, and service excellence
