Job Requirements

  • Must have valid Food Handler’s Card or Certificate
  • high school diploma preferred
  • energetic, enthusiastic and motivational individual
  • must be able to speak and comprehend English
  • ability to implement and uphold service standards
  • ability to prioritize and organize work assignments
  • ability to interact with all associates and guests of the resort
  • must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time

Job Duties

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • set up kitchen work station to assist Chef on expediting food
  • be able to take instruction from the Chef working the line
  • assure all items are delivered and prepared as orders are requested to guest specifications
  • consistently keep the restaurant organized and clean
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day
  • ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
