Job Requirements
- ability to hear speak and understand the spoken word
- ability to read write analyze interpret and understand the english language with sufficient proficiency in order to read and understand
- no minimum educational requirement needed
- one year bakery apprentice or related field experience
- must be at least 18 years old
- must be able to calculate figures amounts discounts and percentages
- must be able to lift bend and twist with up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- competent knowledge of essential functions of baker apprentice cake decorator and wrapper positions
- prepare dough for oven
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery case prep area floors coolers and work area
- inspect equipment to ensure specific operational performance and preventative maintenance of all bakery equipment
- assist in finishing and filling donuts and other pastries pies and cakes as required
- competent knowledge and application of food preparations and procedures
- cooperate with other departments when inter-departmental or store wide sales promotions
