Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment according to established procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen
- assist with the removal of trash and recyclables, ensuring proper disposal
- restock clean items to designated areas for use by kitchen and dining staff
- ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- promptly report any equipment issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- follow all policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff
